In the days of Prohibition, New York's glamorous and powerful made '21' the hottest speakeasy in town and the location of choice for special occasions. Today, the Bar Room at '21' is still the place to see and be seen.

The heart of '21' is its 150-seat Bar Room. The watering hole of celebrities, captains of industry, and world leaders (including every U.S. President since FDR), the Bar Room is renowned for its collection of cartoons, corporate logo items, and colorful sports memorabilia, all presented as gifts to the restaurant. If you prefer a romantic setting or quiet conversation, The Upstairs at '21' offers both.
