The show
As Mamma Mia! begins, Donna, a single mother and former pop star, is preparing for her daughter Sophie's wedding. What she doesn't know is that Sophie, determined to discover the identity of her unknown father, has snooped in her mother's diary, found three likely candidates, and invited them to the wedding! Set to the disco beat and storytelling magic of 22 of ABBA's greatest hits, including "Dancing Queen," "Knowing Me, Knowing You," and "Take a Chance on Me," Mamma Mia! weaves an enchanting tale of love, laughter, and friendship.
